In this course you will engage in a series of exercises designed to help you build the skills of emotional competence and positivity into your life. As a backdrop for these exercises you will be introduced to the latest research about emotions and neuroplasticity, the ability to change our brain.
As importantly, you will discover our need to experience a healthy range of emotions (both positive and negative) and our human inheritance that can and will swing this range out of balance. Finally, each of the “big 10” positive emotions will be discussed in detail. This deep dive will provide many different ways to intentionally invite positivity into your daily life. This offering is a supported method to live happier, build emotional resilience and lower stress levels.

Hi, I’m Kathy.
Learning to live positively is not about happiology. It is about understanding how we can use the very tools we were born with - emotions - to help us lower our stress and strengthen our emotional intelligence. From this new place of understanding we have the power to choose how we respond to the world around us. This power can bring happiness. I know this for sure.
