Learning to live positively is not about happiology. It is about understanding how we can use the very tools we were born with - emotions - to help us lower our stress and strengthen our emotional intelligence. From this new place of understanding we have the power to choose how we respond to the world around us. This power can bring happiness. I know this for sure.
